Epigenetics begins with the Back-to-the-Roots system.
Others try to solve problems
by adding more and more.
I work differently.
First, I remove the burdens
that put your system under strain in the first place.
This is the Back-to-the-Roots method,
the foundation of my coaching and analyses.
Only when burdens are reduced
does energy for real change become available again.

The five levers of the system
In my work, I always view the human being as one connected system.
Five areas play a central role.
The entry point can be different for every person.
Sometimes change begins through movement.
Sometimes through sleep, nutrition or the nervous system.
But because all systems are connected,
improvement in one area almost always leads to improvements in other areas as well.

1. Nervous system & mental state
Your nervous system controls many processes in the body automatically, for example heartbeat, digestion and stress reactions. When your system operates in stress mode for a long time, it influences almost every area of your life: sleep, digestion, hormones, energy, mental stability, health and decisions.

2. Mitochondria & energy
Your cells produce energy in the mitochondria. Without enough energy, your body cannot regenerate, heal or perform. When this process is disrupted, symptoms often appear: chronic fatigue, concentration problems, low resilience and general health issues.

3. Sleep & recovery
Sleep is your body's most important regeneration and repair mechanism. During sleep, stress is processed, hormones are regulated and cells are repaired. When this process is disrupted, your body lacks the long-term foundation for energy, stability and performance.

4. Nutrition
Your body can only work with what is actually absorbed and used. Nearly every process in the body needs nutrients. Even the best nutrition has limited effect if digestion and absorption do not work properly. Digestion, gut health and nutrient supply are therefore crucial for: • energy • immune system • mental performance

5. Living environment
A factor that is often underestimated. Your environment influences your system more strongly than many people think. This includes: • everyday stress • social relationships • environmental stressors • lifestyle All these factors act directly on your nervous system and therefore on your health.
The process
The Back-to-the-Roots reset follows a simple principle:
First, we understand your system. Then we stabilize the most important foundations. We work on causes instead of pure symptoms. Only after that do we integrate new strategies, habits and changes.
