Functional Diagnostics

When guessing is no longer enough

Measurable data can change the conversation.

Some questions cannot be answered well by symptoms alone. Functional diagnostics can provide useful clues when stress, sleep, energy, hormones, digestion or metabolism remain unclear.

Testing is never the goal by itself. It only makes sense when the result helps us choose better interventions.

When appropriate, I work with certified specialist labs, mainly Nordic Laboratories.

How diagnostics are used

+We first clarify whether testing is useful at all
+Only relevant tests are selected
+Results are interpreted in the context of your whole system
+The actual change happens through the right everyday interventions

Functional diagnostics support health analysis but do not replace diagnosis, treatment or advice from a physician.
