Epigenetics looks at how lifestyle, environment, stress, sleep, nutrition and movement can influence gene activity. It does not mean changing your genes, but it helps explain why daily signals matter.

What does an epigenetic coach do?

An epigenetic coach helps you understand how different factors interact in your biological system and where change may have the biggest effect.

Does coaching replace medical treatment?

No. Coaching, analysis and lifestyle consulting do not replace medical diagnosis, medical treatment or psychotherapy.

How do I know which offer fits?

We start with a free consultation. Together we clarify your situation and decide whether analysis, coaching, diagnostics or a single session makes sense.

Do I need lab tests?

Not always. Diagnostics are useful only when they can answer a relevant question and help choose better next steps.

Can I book only one session?

Yes. Focus Sessions are designed for one specific topic without committing to longer-term coaching.
